BOARDSOX RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Boardsox gear, but if it’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

🕒 Return Window:
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

📦 Easy AU Returns:

Return shipping costs and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

🏄 Surfboard covers must be returned NEW and not have any wax on them - your refund or exchange will be rejected.

💸 Refunds, Credits & Exchanges:

• Full-price items – eligible for Refund, Store Credit, or Size Exchange.

• Sale & Discounted items (including bundles or discount code purchases) – eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.

• Faulty or damaged items – may be returned for a Repair, Refund, Credit, or Exchange (we’ll work with you to make it right).
